1Used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching, with a temperature of t ≤ 80 ℃.
2. Widely applicable to boiler hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating systems in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels and restaurants, etc. The iswr type has an operating temperature of t ≤ 120 ℃.
3. It is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to+120 ℃.

1. Before installation, the water pump and motor should be checked for any damage, and there should be no hard objects (such as stones, iron particles, etc.) in the pump flow channel that may affect the operation of the water pump, in order to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. During installation, the weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump, and there should be separate supporting bodies to prevent pump deformation from affecting operational performance and lifespan.
3. The pump and motor are integrated structures, and there is no need to align them during installation, which is very convenient.
4. When transporting hot water liquid, in order to prevent the pump from being subjected to thermal deformation of the pipeline, the foot bolts of the pump seat may not be fixed. When the pipeline system expands and contracts, the pump can move together with the pipeline.
5. The flange specifications at both ends of the pump body are determined according to the 1.6 MPa standard, so the pipeline should be equipped with the same specifications.
6. In order to prevent impurities from entering the pump and blocking the flow channel, a filter with a cross-sectional area 3-4 times larger than the suction pipe should be installed in front of the pump inlet.
7. If a check valve is installed in the discharge pipeline, it should be installed outside the gate valve.
8. Pumps used in suction applications should be equipped with bottom valves, and the inlet and outlet pipelines should not have too many bends, and there should be no water or air leakage.
9. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and a pressure gauge is installed near the pump outlet to ensure that the pump operates within the rated range and ensures its normal operation and service life.
After installation, rotate the pump shaft and the impeller should have no friction or jamming.
